Who is responsible

When you visit this website

The website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Requests reach it through Cloudflare, Inc., USA, which delivers and protects the site. Like every website, both receive the technical data your browser sends: IP address, time, page requested, browser and operating system. We use this data only to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Cloudflare processes data in its data centres worldwide, including the USA. Transfers rely on the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework and on the standard contractual clauses recognised in Switzerland.

Visit statistics

We count visits with Umami, which runs on our own server at Hetzner in Germany and is also reached through Cloudflare. Umami sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses. It records the page, the referring website, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and the country, region and city derived from your IP address. To tell visits apart without cookies, it derives an identifier from your IP address and browser that changes every month. We only look at totals and do not use the statistics to identify anyone.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, or JavaScript is off, no statistics are recorded. You can also switch them off for this browser here. The setting is stored in your browser.

When you book a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com, a service of Cal.com, Inc., USA. When you book, Cal.com processes on our behalf what you enter there: your name, email address, the time you choose and what you write about your project. It sends the confirmation by email, and the call takes place on Cal Video, the video service of Cal.com. The appointment is also saved in our Google Calendar (Google LLC, USA).

Cal.com processes data in the USA. Its certification under the Data Privacy Framework does not cover Switzerland, so transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses recognised in Switzerland. Google is certified under the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. We use your booking only to prepare and hold the call, and keep it as long as the inquiry or our business relationship needs it. The privacy notice of Cal.com applies to its own website.

When you write to us

If you send us an email, we receive your address and what you write. We use it to answer you and, if we work together, for the project. Our mail server runs at Hetzner in Germany. We keep emails as long as the inquiry or our business relationship needs them, and as long as the law requires.

Fonts and map

Fonts and map images are delivered by this website itself. Your browser does not contact Google or any other third party for them.

Your rights

You can ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to hi@plexius.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
